Our Leadership
2026-27 Executive Team
UWCA operates as an entirely student-run organization. Our leadership comes from diverse backgrounds, ranging from STEM to Social Sciences. The executive team comprises two distinct branches: external affairs, responsible for managing client engagements and our annual Unify case competition, and internal affairs, which handles the operations and logistics of daily membership activities.

Jacqueline is a senior studying finance and philosophy. She is currently serving as President for the 2026-27 Executive Team. She also previously served as Associate Director of External Affairs for the 2025-26 Executive Team, as well as EM for Weyerhaeuser. Outside of school, Jacqueline enjoys long-distance running, biking, hiking, trying new food places, and journaling.

Diego is a junior studying finance and education. He is currently serving as Managing Director of Internal Affairs for the 2026-27 Executive Team. He also previously served as Associate Director of Internal Affairs for the 2025-2026 Executive team, as well as EM for Weyerhaeuser and Trove Brands. Outside of school, Diego enjoys traveling, triathlons, and playing the ukulele!

Isabelle Jones

Isabelle is a junior studying industrial engineering. She is currently serving as Managing Director of External Affairs for the 2026-27 Executive Team. She also previously served as Associate Director of External Affairs for the 2025-2026 Executive team, as well as EM for Autodesk and Uber. Outside of school, Isabelle enjoys cooking/baking, swing and tango dance, and playing board games.

Saanika Patel
Associate Director - Internal
Saanika is a junior studying finance. She is currently serving as Associate Director of Internal Affairs for the 2026-27 Executive Team. She also previously served as an EM for World Wildlife Fund. Outside of school, Saanika enjoys competitive gymnastics, making floral arrangements, and hot pilates.
Nishka Jaiswal
Associate Director - Internal
Nishka is a junior studying finance and information systems. She is currently serving as Associate Director of Internal Affairs for the 2026-27 Executive Team. She also previously served as Associate Director of Internal Affairs for the 2025-26 Executive Team as well as EM for Ford and analyst for Weyerhaeuser. Outside of school, Nishka enjoys art, going on hikes, and fashion.
Ethan Nguyen
Associate Director - Internal
Ethan is a sophomore studying electrical and computer engineering. He is currently serving as Associate Director of Internal Affairs for the 2026-27 Executive Team. He also previously served as an analyst for Oracle and Trove Brands. Outside of school, Ethan enjoys playing tennis, trying new food, and going to the lake on nice days.
Vicente is a junior studying finance. He is currently serving as Associate Director of External Affairs for the 2026-27 Executive Team. He also previously served well as EM for Oracle and analyst for Kraken and World Wildlife Fund. Outside of school, Vicente enjoys ice climbing, running, and getting coffee.

Associate Director - External
Austin is a junior studying finance. He is currently serving as Associate Director of External Affairs for the 2026-27 Executive Team. He also previously served as EM for Verizon and analyst for Costco and Weyerhaeuser. Outside of school, Austin enjoys playing the guitar, weightlifting, and trying new restaurants.
Katelyn Phung

Katelyn is a sophomore studying business and informatics. She is currently serving as Associate Director of External Affairs for the 2026-27 Executive Team. She previously served as an EM for Microsoft and analyst for Oracle and Uber. Outside of school, Katelyn enjoys going café hopping, weightlifting, and watching sports (basketball, football, formula 1).
