Written Application
Along with uploading your resume and transcript, you will have to respond to three short-answer questions.

Behavioral Interview
In a short interview, a club officer will get to know you better and understand your background & interest in consulting.

Case Presentation
You'll be asked to present your solution to a case. Don't sweat the format; we just want to see your problem-solving skills in action.
Frequently Asked Questions
When does UWCA accept new members?
UWCA recruits at the beginning of both Fall and Winter quarters! The application process is the same both times, but the case study given to applicants will be different each round.
Do I have to be a business major to apply?
Not at all! UWCA welcomes students of all majors and backgrounds to apply. We believe diverse perspectives are the foundation of a community that fosters growth in every member, and they're what allow UWCA to deliver value to clients across all industries.
Is prior consulting experience required?
Applicants aren't required or expected to have any prior consulting experience. We're more interested in your curiosity and willingness to learn than anything else. All we ask is that you're excited to explore the consulting industry, develop new skills, and work on the client engagements UWCA offers.
Do I have to attend all recruitment events?
None of the recruitment events are mandatory. However, we highly encourage applicants to attend as many as they can to learn more about UWCA and meet current members.
How do I stand out as an applicant?
Get to know our executive board and UWCA before applying, put genuine effort into your application, and most importantly, be yourself! We're excited to learn more about you.
