The Application Process
Along with uploading your resume and transcript, you will have to respond to three short-answer questions.
Step 1
Written Application
In a short interview, a club officer will get to know you better and understand your background and interest in consulting.
Step 2
Behavioral Interview
Step 3
Case Interview
You'll be asked to solve a case. Don't sweat the format; we just want to see your problem solving skills in action.
We ask that all prospective UWCA members complete a written application explaining their interest and qualifications in consulting and UWCA. Be genuine! We want to understand why you're here.

This step of the process will ask you to answer three short-answer questions. You will also be asked to upload your resume and transcript.
Help us get to know you! UWCA strives to build a tight-knit student community and we want to understand how you'd contribute to that goal. We'll ask you to explain why you care about consulting and, more specifically, UWCA.

This is a one-on-one interview with a member of club leadership. The interview will be approximately 30 minutes long.
You will be asked to prepare a short case presentation that you will present in front of club leadership. You will be given the case prompt about 48 hours ahead of time.

Don't be intimidated by the case component of the process. Applicants are NOT expected to be familiar with the consulting-style case process, we just want to see your thought process in tackling business problems. Use the time to show off your creativity and thinking skills!
