Arun Solanky
Senior Managing Director
Arun is a senior at the University of Washington, studying finance, political economy, and history. As the Senior Managing Director, Arun is responsible for developing UWCA’s organizational strategy and coordinating operations across departments. This year he will be a Summer Associate at Boston Consulting Group in Seattle.
Dylan Hylander
Managing Director of External Affairs
Dylan is a junior studying Electrical/Computer Engineering and Entrepreneurship. His passion for consulting began at the beginning of 2019 and eventually led him to grow from an engagement manager to Director of Member Development and now the current Managing Director for External Affairs. Dylan will be overseeing each of the engagements as well as the Unite Foster case competition within UWCA and will be interning at Accenture Technology as an analyst this upcoming summer.
Yash Salva
Managing Director of Internal Affairs
Yash is a sophomore studying finance and philosophy. As the Managing Director of Internal Affairs, he looks forward to building a supportive community at UWCA while connecting members with the necessary resources to succeed in their careers. This upcoming summer he will be an Associate at F1 Ventures.
Mac Anderson
Associate Director
Mac is a senior serving as an Associate Director for UWCA, focusing on work for engagement projects. He is majoring in operations and supply chain management and marketing along with a minor in environmental studies. He will be a sustainability analyst intern this upcoming summer at Advance Auto Parts. His interest in consulting comes from his passion for sustainability in business.
Gregorius Hanzel
Associate Director
Hanzel is a senior studying finance and information systems. As an Associate Director of UWCA, he is passionate about mentoring through engagements and case interview preparation. Outside of the club, he has a passion for Corporate Finance and Data Analytics with previous internships in various investments role and capacity.
Elizabeth Lande
Associate Director
Ellie is a sophomore planning to major in finance and minor in scandinavian studies. Her work in UWCA is both internal and external. She participated in this year’s Unite Foster Case Competition -- representing UWCA -- and next year, she will help organize it. She is also the manager for the Insights Program, which publishes in-depth business articles while improving its participants' critical thinking and writing skills.

Internally, she will have a focus on the Case Buddies and Mentorship program. Externally, she will focus on the organization of the Unite Foster Case Competition along with general efforts to support UWCA.
